Job Description

The HSE officer will provide strategic leadership, technical guidance, and assurance across all project packages, including Civil Works (Abu Dhabi and Dubai), and Rail Systems. The role includes auditing, incident investigation, emergency preparedness, and supporting contractors in developing and implementing robust HSE plans and procedures. The HSE Director will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. Your role Health, Safety and Environmental Officer Adhere to and implement Atkins Réalis internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for Atkins Réalis site team. Adhere to project HSE requirements and implement this to Atkins Réalis team. Monitor the compliance of all WSA staff with the applicable safety standards and company's procedures and bring to the attention of the Project Manager any safety violations by WSA site team for their further action. Monitor, assess and report on Contractor and Sub Contractors HSE compliance with the project HSE requirements as per the Contract and HSE legislation / best practice
