Job Description

The Candidate shall Lead the Competency Development of Engineering & Design Personnel. He shall establish Benchmark competency against the respective role and assess the current competency of each staff member personnel and identification of Gaps. Thereby he shall prioritize and impart the Training to address the competency Gaps. Key Responsibilities He shall network with Head of Engineering BU and thereby: Establish benchmark competency of each role. Assess the competency of Each Staff-member respective team through a systematic Process. Identify the Competency Gap and prioritize the Training in consultation with Head of Engg. He shall network and develop Training Modules to train the staff-members on technical Subjects, where competency needs to be improved.
