Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all project activities to ensure successful execution in accordance with the approved contract terms, technical standards, and municipal requirements. This role involves coordinating between the Permits and Inspection Sections, ensuring full integration of project tasks, and maintaining alignment with the Municipality’s objectives. The Project Manager supervises daily operations, monitors progress, and ensures compliance with quality, time, and performance targets. Additionally, the role includes managing consultant teams, preparing periodic progress reports, and providing technical and administrative support to the Contract Implementation Manager to achieve efficient and compliant project delivery. Key Accountabilities: Directly responsible for both the Permits and Inspection Sections Supervisors and shall be accountable for the following: Coordinate and ensure integration between all project work and division tasks. Implement the contract terms and obligations within the specified time frame for the project execution stages. Apply the technical standards and specifications approved by the Municipality during project execution. Manage and follow up on all project activities.
