Job Description

The Lead EHS will lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategy across the business unit operations, ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a BU EHS strategy aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements. Establish performance targets, KPIs, and metrics to measure and improve EHS compliance and performance across all locations. Create, maintain, and enforce BU EHS policies, ensuring adherence to all relevant international, regional, and local regulations. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to regional EHS teams, fostering a proactive safety culture. Design and oversee EHS training programs to educate employees on best practices, regulatory changes, and safe behaviors.
