Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Stakeholder Interface/Permits Manager to join an exciting project in Riyadh, KSA. As part of the Site Supervision team within Atkins, the candidate shall provide a full and comprehensive service, in regards to Stakeholder Management, Permitting/ NOCs and Interfaces with third parties, on behalf of the business and its projects. Your role Advise on all local bylaws and regulations. Take responsibility for all statutory approvals. Take design responsibility before the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for all Architectural, Structural, MEP services and all other parts of the design outlined as part of this Scope of Services document. Undertake the required code compliance and statutory inspections during construction. Develop the Project design schedule which fully considers the requirements of the AHJ, identifying milestone approvals on the Critical Path.
