Job Description

Study the approved drawings, material/equipment approvals, and technical specifications, standards etc. required for the project and implement the same as applicable. Draft and finalize Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for the assigned project Establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and checklists for various construction activities of project and ensure its implementation. Obtain customer approval of various quality documents from internal /customer representative and coordinate & implement the same across the project. Review and edit method statements in consultation with Construction Manager/Site Engineers for various construction activities. Raise / ensure work/material/equipment Inspection Requests (IR) as per contract requirements / ITPs on time and on regular basis. Ensure all quality requirements of projects of subcontracted works (document/ approvals/inspections/other). Coordinate with site team for arranging inspections/ tests and close out of comments Ensure the preparation, review, approval and maintenance of all documents / records of quality function in traceable way.
