Job Description

Your role Identify, organise, and conduct training for the discipline staff. Conduct regular (monthly) site visits; monitor performance of the discipline staff and report disciplinary issues to SOD / RPD. Mentor the discipline staff on any advancement of process, procedures, and technical skills. Perform all key duties of discipline staffs which include but are not limited to the day to-day tasks at project sites. Assume responsibility of task performed by the discipline staff and intervene to ratify any such anomaly observed. Assume responsibility of Quality works in the project and certify on completion the installation on all projects. Perform Site Surveillance Audits (QMS), prepare reports and follow up the close-out of findings / observations. Conduct regular internal team meetings of the discipline staff and record minutes and actions. Identify any site safety issues and bring to notice of the SHSEE / RE About You Degree qualified in an appropriate Engineering discipline and membership of SCE. MSc in Quality Management (preferred); or equivalent
