Job Description

To provide high-level administrative and logistical support to executive management by coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the executive office. Key Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate preparations for official meetings, including agendas and minutes. Follow up on administrative decisions and ensure execution by relevant departments. Receive and respond to calls and messages on behalf of executive management. Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations with confidentiality and professionalism. Organize and maintain administrative files and records for easy access.
