Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including booking, inquiries, and requests) to our premium customers. Assist our premium customers’ needs with air, lodging, and car rental. Proactively offer options to customers and follow through to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service and product. Respond to and follow up on travel and lifestyle inquiries through multiple communication channels. Evaluate customers’ complaints and ensure that they are dealt with expeditiously and satisfactorily, reporting service failures to the source and making recommendations to prevent recurrence. Profile requirements: Bachelor’s degree in tourism or a related field 2+ years’ experience in the Travel or concierge service industry Experience with Amadeus or any other GDS (ticketing system) Enthusiasm and a positive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
