Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architect Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural projects throughout the city and surrounding areas. Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Perform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of development Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
