Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Specialist with expertise in PostgreSQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our database systems, while contributing to modernization and cloud adoption initiatives. Key Responsibilities Install and configure Postgres databases to ensure optimal setup and operation. Monitor and optimize database performance, analyzing and resolving bottlenecks. Perform and monitor regular database backups. Maintain and monitor DB logs and error logs to identify and resolve issues proactively. Manage database security by configuring user roles, permissions, and authentication protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, working closely with the application team to address databa
