Job Description

Objective : To lead and manage the Civil & Structural engineering function for Substation projects and special projects within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, ensuring delivery of safe, cost-effective, and technically sound engineering solutions that meet client requirements, project timelines, and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team for substation and special projects in the T&D sector. Define engineering strategy, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all engineering outputs. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team. Engineering Design & Review Oversee preparation and validation of civil & structural designs, drawings, and BOQs for substations, foundations, buildings, and associated structures.
