Job Description

A certified Surveying Specialist holding the Unit Subdivision Certificate from the Saudi Real Estate Institute, specialized in executing land and property unit subdivision with high precision. Ensures that subdivision plans comply with legal documents and regulatory requirements, while documenting data and preparing technical reports accurately. Key Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys for real estate plots using advanced surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS). Prepare subdivision plans using AutoCAD and GIS in accordance with Saudi regulatory standards. Match subdivision plans with property deeds and legal ownership documents. Submit technical reports to relevant authorities for plan approval. Coordinate with engineering offices and municipal authorities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of subdivision works. Document and maintain data for future reference and project handover.
