Job Description

Act as the technical lead for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, and business development engagements. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectural solutions. Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to design optimal solutions leveraging internal capabilities and industry best practices. Own the end-to-end architecture design and documentation for new initiatives. Draft and review technical sections of proposals including architecture diagrams, technology stacks, implementation approaches, and delivery plans. Assess and recommend external technology partnerships or capabilities when internal solutions are insufficient. Participate in technical presentations, clarifications, and negotiations with external clients or partners. Ensure proposed solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, CSCC/NDMO/NCA guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
