Job Description

Technical Competencies: Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership) Candidates will ideally have minimum 12+ years relevant working experience in Landscape/Horticulture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection. Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner. Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required. Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
