Job Description

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team focusing on the Digital Consumer Travel experience. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of how customers book and manage a diverse range of travel products, including flights, stays, activities, and more. You will work in a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and other designers to turn problems and opportunities into meaningful and impactful experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, business objectives and market trends, and systems knowledge. Responsibilities: You will identify and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points and use this to define opportunities and problem statements that inform the team’s work. You will lead and support discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover customer needs and validate opportunities.
