Job Description

End User Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales to end-user customers, namely CPG and W&E segments for complete portfolio of Schneider Electric including energy management, automation, and digital transformation solutions. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key end-user accounts, including C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, etc.), decision-makers, and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing strategic insights on energy management, automation, and sustainability trends. Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing Schneider Electric’s vision, innovations, and best practices that help customers achieve digital transformation and efficiency goals. Understand customer business drivers and operational challenges, aligning Schneider Electric solutions to create measurable value.
