Job Description

The Lead Specialist, Safety, is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in safety management practices across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing safety performance, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities Design, implement, and manage safety programs and initiatives that align with Maaden safety policies and objectives. Ensure that all operations comply with applicable safety regulations, standards, and Maaden internal policies. Conduct regular assessments to verify compliance. Analyze safety performance data and metrics. Prepare reports on safety trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Lead investigations of safety incidents, including root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
