Job Description

Leads the Business Analysis Department within digital to ensure the successful identification, design, and implementation of business-driven digital solutions across the organization. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develops and implements strategies for the Business Analysis function aligned with the organization's digital transformation roadmap. 2. Acts as a strategic partner to clinical and administrative stakeholders, translating business needs into highimpact, technology-enabled initiatives that align with the organization’s goals for digital health, patient engagement, and operational efficiency 3. Identifies opportunities to highlight KFSHRC’s digital transformation achievements in conferences, publications, and digital media platforms. 4. Oversees the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for digital initiatives. 5. Identifies opportunities to enhance business processes through automation and technology. 6. Maintains proper documentation and audit trails for analysis activities
