Job Description

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Remains informed of new IT developments and evolving business requirements that affect Network Technologies and recommends systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
  • Oversees implementation of network infrastructure services to fulfill the requirements of all business and functional units including LAN, WAN, and Wireless
  • Maintains documentation of all network infrastructure components
  • Undertakes performance monitoring of all network infrastructure components and provides regular performance and status reports.
  • Oversees implementation of network infrastructure services to fulfill the requirements of all business and functional units including LAN, WAN, and Wireless
  • Oversees ongoing maintenance and enhancement to the network.
  • Oversees the Level 3 support function of the Network Section and ensure that end-users’ needs are being met.
