Job Description

We are on the lookout for ambitious, competitive, growth-minded professionals to help us continue to harness technology to delight our customers and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in the auto sector. The People Experience Trainee will assist the HR team in various tasks related to employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field. Requirements Assist in organizing recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Help with employee onboarding processes and maintaining records Support in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and surveys Participate in performance review cycles and help prepare reports Assist in maintaining HR databases and updating employee records
