Job Description

The Strategic Partnerships Lead will lead, develop, and manage partnerships with international governments, sending countries, and private-sector stakeholders to enhance the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of Saudi Arabia’s domestic labor ecosystem. The role ensures alignment between Musaned’s digital transformation goals and MHRSD’s strategic objectives in promoting fair, transparent, and technology-driven recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities Bilateral Engagement & Government Relations Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with embassies, labor attachés, and ministries of labor across all sending countries. Support the development, negotiation, and execution of bilateral agreements (MoUs, implementation protocols, renewal terms). Represent the department in Technical Committees and
