Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Champion Ma’aden’s safety and environmental values and ensure teams compliance with all safety requirements. Embed structured workflows for grade control, dilution monitoring, blending, and stockpile management. Oversee the daily/weekly reconciliation process, ensuring data is timely, accurate, and actionable. Drive accountability within geology teams by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and ownership. Coordinate with superintendents for open-pit and underground operations to align execution with geology and planning. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation process (mine vs. plant vs. stockpiles). Design, budget, and manage RC grade control operations. Mentor and coach geologists and engineers toward Competent Person (CP) accreditation under JORC and Ma’aden frameworks.
