Cluster Lead - HR Operations MEA & SA At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner. Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world. Run what runs the world Leads HR Services operations in a respective country HR front office and drives end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality services against agreed performance targets. Responsible for people management in the respective HR front office. Also, accountable for locally meeting the globally set standards for HR Services operations and ensuring that the local legal and regulatory requirements adhere to both in HR Services operations hub and front office processes of the respective country.
