Job Description

Team Leader – Veterinarian (Reproduction) to lead reproductive health programs and drive genetic improvement across our dairy herd in Haradh. The role focuses on managing reproductive performance, artificial insemination (AI) programs, and leading a dedicated team to ensure herd productivity and reproductive efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement reproductive management protocols (heat detection, AI programs, pregnancy diagnosis). Diagnose and manage reproductive disorders to maintain herd health. Collaborate on sire selection and herd genetic improvement strategies. Use DC305 or similar herd management software to track reproductive KPIs (heat detection, conception, pregnancy rates, calving intervals). Supervise and train reproduction technicians and team members. Ensure accurate records, compliance, and adherence to animal welfare standards.
