Job Description

This role oversee the development, implementation and continuous strengthening of Tanmiah’s governance and compliance frameworks, to ensure full alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements, international best practices. The position is central in promoting transparency, accountability across all operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks to ensure Tanmiah’s full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Oversee the preparation and periodic review of corporate policies, procedures, and delegation of authority to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational integrity. Drive a culture of compliance across all departments through awareness sessions, monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
