Job Description

Do you have a deep understanding of load control operations, weight and balance, and aircraft database configuration? Are you looking to join our digitally native airline as we redefine the future of aviation? This critical role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and oversight of all Departure Control Systems (DCS) & Centralized Load Control (CLC) processes, system automation initiatives and training programs across the network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing daily CLC activities, ensuring safe and accurate weight and balance calculations for all flights. Further, you will oversee centralized operations, manage remote teams, and ensure global standardization.
