Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and purpose-driven Behavioral Insights Expert to support our mission in applying behavioral science to drive innovation across the public and socioeconomic sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral economics, data-driven analysis, and intervention design, with proven experience applying behavioral methodologies to real-world challenges in areas such as labor markets, education, health, or digital services. Key Responsibilities Public Sector Innovation Using Behavioral Science Apply behavioral science principles to improve service delivery, citizen engagement, and policy effectiveness across government programs. Identify behavioral barriers and leverage nudging strategies to address them.
