Job Description

Job Purpose: To prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and financial reports for construction projects, ensuring cost control and supporting tendering, contracting, and project execution processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. Analyze tender documents, evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports. Assess variations and claims and provide financial impact analyses. Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams to ensure accurate quantities and budgets. Prepare payment applications and support in contract administration.
