Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation initiative. We are embarking on a comprehensive transformation of supply chain and Gen AI functions. As a s. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal advisory and executional role, working directly with senior leadership to redefine supply chain strategies, implement state-of-the-art systems, and elevate performance across procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, and analytics. This is an on-site position based in Saudi Arabia, offering the opportunity to contribute to a world-class transformation initiative with significant impact across the organization. Strategic Supply Chain Advisory Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver supply chain transformation requirements for a Gen AI-driven project. Gather and document functional requirements for supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, planning). Translate business needs into clear specifications for AI and analytics solutions. Validate and optimize supply chain models for demand forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with regional and international supply chain regulations and sustainability standards. Provide domain expertise to guide Gen AI solution design and testing.
