Job Description

To developing and managing sales channels for both tenderized and trimmed meat products. and involves overseeing a team, establishing partnerships, analyzing market dynamics, and implementing effective channel strategies. The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding market reach, maximizing revenue, and ensuring product availability through various distribution KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategic Contribution Direct the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the Protein department to deliver NADEC vision and mission. Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Protein department and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company's strategy.
