Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites. Review technical specifications to confirm compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate with site engineers and project teams to forecast material requirements. Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage contract terms effectively. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for site deliveries. Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports. Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and environmental regulations in procurement activities. Resolve discrepancies related to material quality, quantity, or delivery timelines. About You Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or internationally recognized equivalent). 8–18 years of experience in procurement within construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in KSA. Experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Hand Over (EPCC) phases of mega projects.
