Job Description

As a Design Manager you'll be responsible for managing the design and aspects of building construction projects from concept through to completion. This role ensures the design is delivered to the required quality, budget, and schedule, coordinating closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Your role Lead the coordination and management of all design activities on infrastructure projects. Review and validate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist designs to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements. Develop and maintain the project design program, aligning it with procurement and construction timelines. Manage the design team, including internal staff and external consultants.
