Job Description

Telecom and ELV Sales Manager The Telecom and ELV Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in KSA, managing key client relationships in the Extra Low Voltage and Telecom systems domain. This role requires a deep understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, IDS etc.) and telecom infrastructure (LAN, Optical Transmission, SCS, IP-Telephony) combined with strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and telecom projects. · Build and maintain a robust pipeline of project sales opportunities. · Provide accurate forecasting and delivery of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors. · Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. · Stay updated with the latest ELV and telecom technologies and industry trends. · Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable. · Participate in bid pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations.
