Job Description

A proposal Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the proposal development process by overseeing progress, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved. The proposal support specialist acts as a central point of monitoring and support, helping to identify bottlenecks, enforce compliance with process standards, and escalate issues proactively. They should also be capable of preparing and managing accurate pricing quotes for products or services if required. The ideal candidate brings a keen eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and a strong understanding of the proposal lifecycle in industrial automation and digital projects. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in industrial automation, control systems, and architectures. Candidates must be self-motivated and driven with a “customer first” mindset and a desire to be successful. Working independently but as part of a team in a matrix organization is essential to this role. Be able to
