Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and purpose-driven Behavioral Insights Expert to support our mission in applying behavioral science to drive innovation across the public and socioeconomic sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral economics, data-driven analysis, and intervention design, with proven experience applying behavioral methodologies to real-world challenges in areas such as labor markets, education, health, or digital services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Public Sector Innovation Using Behavioral Science Apply behavioral science principles to improve service delivery, citizen engagement, and policy effectiveness across government programs. Identify behavioral barriers and leverage nudging strategies
