Job Description

Operational Oversight: Lead the daily operations of multiple retail and e-commerce hubs, ensuring seamless execution of all processes from inventory management to customer fulfillment. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop site leaders and team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across assigned areas. Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and analyze KPIs for sites within your region, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and service improvements. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction, leveraging data and best practices to solve complex challenges. Customer Focus: Ensure outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints by monitoring service levels, responding to escalations, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, sales, customer service, and technology teams to ensure aligned execution of company objectives and new project rollouts. Compliance and Safety: Uphold high standards of operational compliance, safety, and regulatory adherence at all times within your assigned area.
