SANS provides additional services such as Aeronautical Publications, Search and Rescue and Aeronautical Communication, there is also a close coordination with numerous entities such as military and adjacent ATC centers to ensure seamless and efficient transfer of traffic.

Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES Key Accountability Areas Key Activities Strategy Implementation and Execution • Assist in the development of SANS’ overall strategy which includes SANS’ vision, mission, values, strategic objectives and goals • Assist in defining strategic initiatives to facilitate the implementation of the overall strategic plan • Communicate SANS’ strategy and its initiatives to all departments and proactively liaise between departments to ensure alignment of all SANS operations with the overall strategy • Monitor departments’ implementation of strategic initiatives and report findings accordingly Data Collation and Reporting • Assist in gathering the necessary data to conduct specific assessments activities related to strategic planning using tools such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE, stakeholder analysis, etc. • Develop progress reports concerning the implementation of SANS’ strategy, objectives, goals and initiatives
