Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality digital deliverables. Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects Manage and optimize the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools to facilitate efficient project collaboration Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phases Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows Implement and manage quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables
