Job Description

Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products. Interface with relevant depts. to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested and calibrated. Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols. Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer. Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products. Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action. Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products.
