Job Description

This is a client-facing role that involves delivering high-quality corporate tax compliance and advisory services. The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Corporate Tax will contribute to a variety of engagements, support senior team members in managing client relationships, and help ensure compliance with local tax regulations. The role offers exposure to diverse industries, cross-border projects, and the opportunity to develop as a trusted tax advisor in Jeddah. Duties and Responsibilities · Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax compliance filings for local and international clients. · Support tax planning and structuring assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. · Draft technical deliverables such as tax reports, memoranda, and advisory notes under senior supervision. · Conduct research on tax laws, regulatory changes, and emerging market developments. · Support client meetings and discussions with tax authorities. · Contribute to proposals and presentations for new business opportunities. · Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions. · Assist in applying technology and automation tools to enhance tax processes.
