Job Description

The Product Senior Director will oversee the current and future digital freelance platforms, leading the product strategy, development, and operations for one of Takamol’s subsidiaries. This role will drive platform growth, user engagement, and innovation by managing high-performing teams and collaborating with public and private sector partners. Key Responsibilities: •Lead the product team responsible for developing and managing digital platforms. • Set the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in line with the company’s strategy and goals. • Coordinate smoothly with departments such as technology, marketing, business development, operations, and compliance to support product development and management. • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept and design to launch, ongoing improvement, and scaling. • Track product performance using KPIs and ensure growth and revenue goals are met.
