Job Description

Are you ready to take control at the heart of airline operations and lead decisions that keep flights moving safely and timely? We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the real-time coordination of our daily operations, ensuring flights are executed safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the customer experience. You can expect to drive operational decisions by balancing commercial priorities with regulatory compliance and safety standards, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. In this fast-paced 24/7 role, you will serve as the key integrator across flight operations, crew scheduling, maintenance, ground handling, and customer service, leading swift, strategic decision-making in response to any disruptions.
