Job Description

Category Strategy Development: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to develop effective category plans that align with Nice one’s business objectives and growth targets. Assortment Planning: Curate, evaluate, and optimize the product range within assigned categories to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, minimize out-of-stock and excess inventory, and ensure availability aligns with demand forecasts. Promotions and Pricing: Support the creation of category-specific promotional strategies, pricing recommendations, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and meet key performance indicators. Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships, monitor product performance, and ensure ongoing category competitiveness. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track category performance through regular reporting, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, content, and operations teams to align category initiatives and support successful product launches.
