Job Description

Responsible for ensuring Flynas passengers have a positive and memorable experience for the whole passenger’s journey and for all measurement metrics to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels and to enhance the guest experience in coordination with all departments. Key Accountabilities: − Apply Customer centric strategy in coordination with other department − Represents FLYNAS in manufacturers and vendors meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry steering committees. − Liaise with the internal procurement team for new orders based on the request. − Oversee all aspects of the inflight cabin and inflight connectivity operations. − Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, focusing on cabin comfort, entertainment, and connectivity. − Assist in Evaluation of suppliers for inflight connectivity solutions, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality standards. − Monitor industry trends and innovations in inflight cabin design, amenities, and connectivity, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement. − Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inflight cabin safety and connectivity. − Ensure the IFC is managed in an effective and well-documented manner. − Coordinate with manufacturers and develop the IFC of the aircraft. − Provide technical services for the A2G and IFC systems.
